Echoes on a Rainy Afternoon is a contemporary jazz ballad born from a quiet moment of reflection. I composed this piece on a rainy day, sitting in my living room and watching the water fall across the landscape of my backyard—the rhythm of the rain, the soft light, and the stillness of the moment shaping every note.

Romantic and introspective, the music unfolds gently, inviting the listener into the same reflective space that inspired it. The melody on saxophone floats over warm textures from vintage electric pianos, creating an atmosphere that mirrors the calm, emotional depth of a rainy afternoon.

As with all of my recordings, every element of this track was composed, performed, recorded, and produced by me. From the saxophone lines to the electric piano voices and the final mix, Echoes on a Rainy Afternoon is a personal soundscape—an intimate musical moment captured in time.
